Why is the All-on-4 type fixed denture special?

With immediately loadable implants, it is possible to secure a fixed restoration within as little as 24 hours following the implantation.
During the treatment, we place 4 implants into the jawbone, then attach a 10-unit temporary circular bridge onto them.
Since the rear implants are placed into the jawbone at a special angle, bone grafting can be avoided.
The implantation is followed by a healing period, during which the implants osseointegrate to gain stability, and the gums take their final shape.
The procedures can be applied immediately after tooth extraction.

Is the All-on-4 dental restoration recommended for every patient?
One of the advantages of All-on-4 is that it allows a wide range of patients to transition from complete toothlessness to wearing an aesthetic fixed restoration within a short period, eliminating the need to even consider removable dentures while enjoying the feel of natural teeth.
How long does the treatment take?
The patient receives their fixed restoration within 48 hours following the initial surgery, which is individually crafted by our in-house dental laboratory. The "temporary" restoration received at this time already ensures carefree use, and the new, final denture is delivered to the patient after the healing period (3-5 months).
Does the All-on-4 treatment involve pain?
Thanks to modern anesthesia, implant surgeries are now virtually painless for the patient, and can also be performed under general anesthesia upon request.
How should the All-on-4 dental restoration be cleaned?
Similarly to traditional implant restorations and natural teeth, it must be cleaned twice a day with a toothbrush and an interdental brush. The cleaning of All-on-4 implant restorations is explained and demonstrated in detail at the time the restoration is delivered.
Will the quality of speech and eating change with All-on-4 dental restorations?
With All-on-4 dental restorations, speaking and eating will be just as natural as with your own teeth. If you previously had dentures or missing teeth, you will experience a fantastic improvement in your quality of life with this fixed denture.

Can I request it under general anesthesia?
In our clinic, we do not perform deep anesthesia, only conscious sedation. During conscious sedation, you enter a very pleasant, deeply relaxed state. Although you can hear the doctor (you can open your mouth if requested), stimuli from the outside world do not reach your consciousness. You do not feel fear or anxiety; essentially, you are sleeping in a sedated state.
Is there an option for installment payments?
